HELLO! This is a submission blog for bellyrings! It's also a place where you can ask for advice. What kind of belly ring would look good on you or if you have any questions about caring for the piercing itself. You can submit your own rings or one you've found that looks really neat. ^_^

How many months should I wait till I can switch out the original ring? Is that the same point that it is completely healed?

You can change it as early as 6 weeks.  It wont be healed at this point.  Everyones skin is different and you have to know yours so you dont put in jewelry that would make it react negatively.

I’ve found there are less problems when you just wait until its healed to change it (3 months)

How can I convince my parents I'm 15 and I want one really bad!

There are some things I can’t help love lol

you could try going the “it would boost my confidence” route or the “its just a piercing, I can take it out anytime and not be affected, not like a tattoo” type of thing

    hope that helps!

  9. An anon requested a pic of my belly. And so here it is! It was an on the spot thing so excuse my hairiness lol

So I have this music festival coming up in 2 weeks and I've had my belly button pierced for about 3 months now.. The healing seams perfectly fine and I feel 0 pain is it too soon if I change it?

Nope! most places tell you to wait 6 weeks before changing and you’re already in the safe zone
